    This is nonsense.
    I asked to change the time by 15 minutes and was very apologetic about it. This client arrived 45 minutes past the booking time, late at night, apparently couldn\'t understand the instructions - come to house number x (a house which has the number clearly displayed on it in two different places) - and started to ask about the cars on the street. Yes I cancelled the booking because I felt they weren\'t actually here, and 45 minutes late anyway, but this review is wildly inaccurate.
