For example: "Good Morning Vivian, I would like to meet with you in Glasgow on 22/02/23 for an hour anytime between 4pm and 8pm if you have availability? My adultwork username is TheGlasvegan and I will send you an email now with my phone number so you can review my feedback. I look forward to hearing from you - Michael."

After this initial information is sent, you are welcome to call me so long as my 'available today' feature is enabled.
